Terms of Use

Access requires a valid Altace access key issued separately by Altace. A key authorizes the desktop application for a platform and a release. Keys can be limited, expired, suspended, or revoked to protect the service or enforce these terms, and a revoked key stops the download and the application from working.

An access key is issued for use by one person and must not be shared. If you replace your device, you can ask Altace to reissue or reset access. Requests are reviewed before access is reissued or reset.

Altace is prepaid. Access and quota top-ups are arranged directly with us rather than purchased through this site: there is no checkout, no automatic or recurring subscription billing, and no published price list.

Payment, pricing and refunds are agreed directly, and we keep a record of payments for billing, refund and dispute purposes. Nothing on this website creates a payment obligation.

You may use Altace only for lawful purposes and only with material you are permitted to capture, process, and share. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before capturing screens, audio, conversations, or third-party information, and for what you route into shared Telegram groups.

Altace answers are generated from the context you supply and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Review an answer before relying on it or passing it to others. Altace does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for the Telegram account and groups you configure, the delivery mode you select, and the messages that reach those groups. Telegram's own terms apply to that part of the product.

The invite-only release can change, pause, or end. Features, requirements, and platform support may change between builds.

Where practical, Altace will provide reasonable advance notice through available contact channels before ending the invite-only release or changing how access and top-ups are arranged.

Altace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Altace makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Altace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights that apply to you.

Before starting court proceedings, please contact Altace using the details below so both sides can make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
